• Maximum site reservation: Up to 180 nights at a time.

• If you get the prompt, "Sorry, there are no sites available matching your current search" there is a good chance that you have exceeded the maximum of 4 guests and 2 pets per site.

• If we are full: You can see the next available opening by selecing the arrival date under Trip Details.

​

• RV length: Enter the length from bumper to tongue. 

​

• The software will assume you want to pay the full amount; however, we only require your first payment to cover at least 1 month upon booking. You can adjust your payment amount at checkout.

​

• Taxes vary:

  • Reservations less than 30 days will incur a 4% City tax and 10% State tax.

  • Reservations less than 90 days will incure a only 10% State tax.

  • Stays of 90 days or greater are not subject to either tax.
