Do I need to pay the full amount when I reserve a site?

Only a payment of one month’s stay is required upon booking.

Are pets allowed?

A maximum of two pets are allowed. They must be vaccinated with up-to-date shots. We require that all animals be on a leash with their owner attached to the other end at all times and for them to picked up after. No Pitbulls, Chows, Doberman pinschers, German shepherds, Rottweilers, or any mix thereof are allowed at the park. Service animals are allowed.

Can I have packages and mail delivered?

No, you can use an Amazon Locker or get a P.O. Box.

Can I make a reservation longer than a year?

You can only reserve a site for up to 180 days at a time.

Can I extend my reservation after moving in?

Accepted Answer

We will try to accommodate extensions, but during high-demand seasons, it may not be possible. You may even need to move to another site.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival: a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations 7-14 days before arrival: a $200 cancellation fee
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or after check-in: NO REFUND

Is there a refund if I choose to leave early?

A 30-day written notice is required before departure.
Departures before the reservation end date without a 30-day notice will be charged the lesser of the remaining outstanding reservation balance or the current monthly rate.

Do you charge for electric usage?

Accepted Answer

For non-metered sites, the electric is built into the price of the site. For metered sites, guests are charged monthly for electric based on their usage. For short-term guests, electric is included.
