IMPORTANT PARK POLICY

RULES

  • All sites must be paid for before parking
  • Check-in is 1:00pm
  • Check-out is 11:00am
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM until 9AM
  • The park does not accept mail
  • A $375 deposit is required
  • Electricity, water, and sewer are included
  • Background checks are required for anyone staying 30 or more days
  • If asked to leave, loss of security deposit is to be expected, and no refunds for the remaining amount of days left in the month

GENERAL

  • Maximum of 2 pets
  • No Pitbulls, Chows, Doberman pinschers, German shepherds, Rottweilers, or any mix
  • Excessive barking is not permitted
  • Dogs must be on a leash with the owner attached to the other end at all times
  • Guests must pick up after their animals immediately
  • Service animals are allowed

PETS

  • All vehicles must fit on your site
  • Do not block roads
  • No washing RVs or vehicles in the park
  • A sewer hose donut or L connector is required
  • Site must be kept neat, clean, and free of trash and litter
  • All belongings must stay within the confines of your site 
  • No trampolines, pools, fires, or tents allowed on site

SITES/VEHICLES

  • No refund for cancellation of monthly reservations
  • 7-day notice is required to change arrival dates or to cancel
  • The cancellation fee is $20
  • If you cancel within the 7-day time frame, you will forfeit the entire $375 deposit
